Where we ship

We deliver to all 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping costs

• Croatia: 4,00 € per order
• All other EU countries: 17,00 € per order
• Veltro Club pillows: free

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in euros (EUR).

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
• Delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times such as holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send it again or refund you in full.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Separate parcels

Some products are shipped from our partner warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. You only pay shipping once per order.

Address and failed delivery

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order is dispatched. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you didn't receive it, email us within 14 days with your order number and, if possible, photos. We'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund. The risk of loss or damage only passes to you once you, or someone you name, receive the parcel.
